First off, the bad news - for three night now, Hayden has been waking up crying. Tuesday night was typical upset level, Wednesday night was really bad with her screaming at the top of her lungs (apparently, I wasn't here) and then last night was more whiny than really upset. In general, she goes back to sleep pretty quickly and honestly doesn't seem to be upset about anything serious or even anything in particular. I wish we knew what it was all about. She has been asking to keep the bathroom light on, so there is a little light going into her cracked door, but she hasn't been saying that she's scared of the dark or anything. Nothing about bad dreams either. Here's hoping it doesn't happen tonight.
As for the pictures - yes, Hayden is still in a crib, though just barely! As you can see, she's getting pretty big for that toddler size mattress, so we've told her that when she turns four, she gets a big girl bed (twin). Assuming she'll fit until then of course. It's kind of amazing that she'll stay in there - you can see that she's easily big enough to climb out, but she hasn't tried it even once. She still sleeps with that baby, Collins, who she got for her first Christmas. Each night, she also picks another stuffed animal to sleep with.
(Sorry for the two yellowish images - I took some without flash, which ended up being ones I wanted to use!)
